原料介紹｜山雞椒 (Litsea cubeba)

▎精油簡介

山雞椒，原產地來自於中國、印度、馬來西亞與台灣，又稱山倉子、山蒼子、山胡椒、古巴胡椒，在台灣原住民稱「馬告」，是棲蘭山區重要樹種，有著充滿生氣、生生不息的意思，長葉黃花，氣味強烈，有著強烈的胡椒與薑香氣，是許多原住民傳統菜餚中使用到的香料。

山雞椒精油萃取來自果實，果實有黑胡椒粒的形狀。氣味類似檸檬香茅，但更帶了點柑橘的清新香味，化學成分與香蜂草精油相似，也有人稱山雞椒精油為平價版的香蜂草精油。

▎成分解析

｜主要成分：單萜醛

其成分主要有檸檬醛(佔約70%)，其他還有檸檬烯、酯類、單萜醇等。因此氣味與檸檬香茅精油有些相像，跟其他帶有檸檬氣味的精油比起來，山雞椒精油略顯得粗曠。
