▎精油簡介

大馬士革玫瑰(Rosa damascene)被比喻為信仰、純潔、愛與美麗的代表,伊朗人也稱玫瑰為「先知之花」。大馬士革玫瑰,也叫波斯玫瑰、突厥薔薇,最早發源於波斯(現今的伊朗),原產於敘利亞,因此以其首都命名,後來十字軍東徵時將這種品種的玫瑰帶回歐洲,而大馬士革城便成為這種玫瑰的集散地,所以將其改名為大馬士革玫瑰。

大馬士革玫瑰,也是世界公認的優質玫瑰品種。純淨、細緻的花香使其冠壓群芳,成為香料玫瑰中的上品,因而被廣泛種植用以提取玫瑰精油、玫瑰純露等產品。大馬士革玫瑰純露溶於水,有補充水分、止癢、延緩老化等作用。目前品質最好的大馬士革玫瑰產地位於保加利亞的玫瑰谷,卡贊勒克(Kazanlak), 每年5至6 月的採收季節,吸引全球旅人前往朝聖,希望一睹大馬士革玫瑰的迷人姿態。

▎成分解析

|主要成分:單萜醇

玫瑰常見的主要成分為香茅醇Citronellol (24.47–42.97%)、十九烷Nonadecane (6.44–18.95%)、香葉醇Geraniol (2.11–18.04%)、乙醇Ethanol (0.00–13.43%)、二十一烷Heneicosane (2.28–8.90%)、橙花醇Nerol (0.75–7.57%)、十九烯1‐nonadecene (1.80–5.40%)、芳樟醇Linalool (0.7–2.8%)、苯乙醇Phenylethyl alcohol(1.2-1.9%)、玫瑰含兩大主成分分別為香茅醇以及香葉醇。

|成分1:香茅醇(Citronellol)

▸ 在天然物當中,具有兩種立體位向,分別為R-(+)-香茅醇,主要存在於香茅精油當中,以及S-(−)-香茅醇,主要存在薔薇屬及牻牛兒科屬植物當中。


▸ 香茅醇對於神經系統、真菌、白色念珠菌、隱球菌有相關的研究。

▸ 香葉醇針對腸胃道機能、腹痛的影響有相關的研究。

|成分3:橙花醇(Nerol)

▸ 橙花醇對於菌的活性分子有相關的研究。

|成分4:苯乙醇(Phenylethyl alcohol)

▸對於乙酰膽鹼酯酶(AChE)和丁酰膽鹼酯酶(BChE)的及DPPH抗氧化的作用有相關的研究。
