▎成分解析

｜主要成分：氧化物

主要成分為桉油醇(具有疏解黏液的作用)，α-Terpineol萜品醇，另外還有微量成分，如:α-蒎烯、香檜烯、檸檬烯等。

▸ 羅文莎葉具有苯丙烷，木脂素，類黃酮，香豆素和萜類化合物等成分，在體外試驗對於發炎有相關研究。

｜成分1：1.8-桉油醇 (1,8 cineole)

▸ 化學特性：高達62.6%的氧化物(1.8-桉油醇)成分，使得羅文莎葉精油對呼吸系統的調節變得更加強大，上揚清新的氣味能提振情緒，同時還能激發人體對環境抵抗的機制。

▸ 一項體外實驗顯示1.8-桉油醇可刺激單核白血球，進而調解細胞素LTA4和前列腺素PGE2生成，它們都是花生四烯酸AA代謝途徑。顯示1,8-cineole適合治療支氣管不適。

｜成分2：萜品醇(α-Terpineol)

萜品醇(也稱松油醇)，具紫丁香香氣，是常用的化合物，如α-T和T-4-on，對人類，動物以及植物都具有廣泛的不同生物學作用。

• 用途：它們不僅是用於香水，化妝品和家用清潔產品的流行香料成分，而且還用 於調味食品和飲料。它們還具有多種重要的生物學和藥物特性。此外萜品醇也用於肥皂、農藥、醫藥、塑料、電訊和儀 表工業中，亦用作玻璃器皿上色彩的溶劑。

▎精油簡介

茶樹（Tea Tree）為桃金孃科(Myrtaceae)、白千層屬之多年生常綠喬木，它生長在熱帶至亞熱帶地區，沿海沼澤​​濕地，樹型直立呈圓錐形，具細長如羽毛的葉片，葉線形互生，嫩葉呈黃綠色，成熟時變翠綠色，頂生花序白色瓶刷形，會開黃色或紫色的花。植株高約三米~7公尺，生長速度很快，最早發現於澳洲，因此，也稱為「澳洲茶樹」。

雖然字面直譯為Tee Tree茶樹，但它不是紅茶或其他茶，卻何以有此命名，其實還得從茶樹被發現地說起，在一片四面環繞有茶樹的湖水，傳說由於茶樹的成分滲透湖水，使其變成濃鬱的紅茶色，因此當地人就將四周生長的樹木稱其為Tee Tree。傳說原住民女性在產前、產後或有婦科困擾時，便會浸泡在前述紅茶色湖水中進行自我療愈，所以茶樹自古以來，相傳也是呵護女性的植物。

▎成分解析

｜主要成分：單萜醇類

茶樹精油的招牌成分就是萜品烯-4-醇(Terpinen-4-ol)。其中還有少量氧化物1,8-桉油醇(1,8-cineole)，令其具有提振清新之感。此外微量蒎烯(α-pinene)具黏膜保護作用和強化靜脈作用。

▎精油簡介

優選產自巴拉圭土壤肥沃的埃爾南達里亞斯地區，巴拉圭的埃爾南達里亞斯(Hernandarias)屬亞熱帶氣候，全年氣溫在0〜35℃，日照時間長，土壤溫潤鬆軟。原生態的自然資源為當地物種提供了極佳的生長環境。苦橙樹就是其中最為活躍耀眼的一個。

此產區每隔9個月就要修剪苦橙樹以保持最佳的葉梗，這個過程原始又充滿技巧。苦橙樹的種植在當地已經有上百年的歷史。我們與產區建立了長久可持續的綠色合作關係，以確保獲得高質量、氣味優美的精油。

在古老的法國傳統中，有一項兒童助眠劑，是將橙花和苦橙葉蒸餾後的純露，加進添有蜂蜜的熱牛奶中，能幫助安定神經系統。在心靈療效上，可幫助人們確立自我價值。當情緒或情緒失調時，可平復心情，處理糾結受傷的情緒，讓人回歸正常狀態。

▎成分解析

｜主要成分：酯類

主要成分為乙酸沉香酯(Linalyl acetate)，左旋沉香醇(Linalool)，檸檬烯，萜品醇(Terpineol)，橙花醇(Nerol)，另外還有、ß-蒎烯、乙酸橙花酯、ß-羅勒烯、ß-月桂烯等多種微量成分。

苦橙葉與真正薰衣草在化學屬性上很相近，都有高比例的乙酸沉香酯及一定比例的沉香醇，這樣的組合可以帶來極佳的放鬆安睡效果。同時苦橙葉中微量的含氮化合物「鄰氨基苯甲酸甲酯」，能助深層放鬆，並感受到愛的支持。

▸ 精油中常見的化學結構對於激勵神經作用有相關的研究。

｜成分1：乙酸沉香酯(Linalyl acetate)

▸ 苦橙葉精油對交感神經的影響較不明顯，對激勵副交感神經活動具有較快較顯著的作用，而在兩者的交互作用下，整體自律神經間的平衡也在五分鐘內表現出明顯的變化。

｜成分2：左旋沉香醇(Linalool)

｜成分3：鄰氨基苯甲酸甲酯(Methyl anthranilate)

▸ 在自然界，鄰氨基苯甲酸甲酯存在於塔花、橙花、依蘭、茉莉、晚香玉等之中。用於配製橙花、金銀花等香精和人造草莓、人造葡萄等香精。由鄰氨基苯甲酸與甲醇在硫酸或鹽酸存在下酯化而製得。

▎精油簡介

澳洲尤加利(Eucalyptus radiata)，又稱為桉樹或俗稱孤獨樹，它是澳洲木本植物中代表性的樹種，一般為常綠喬木，數高達30m，整體樹形成金字塔狀，樹皮為灰色纖維狀，葉片較薄，葉子通常互生，有柄，全緣羽狀脈，多為鐮刀形；枝、葉、花有芳香；早春開白色、紅色或黃色花，多為繖形或頭狀花序。同屬的尤加利樹由於適應澳洲各種不同的地理氣候，其覆蓋率遍及整個澳洲。

因生長速度很快，對水的需求量較大。因為尤加利樹的經濟價值與種植成活率較高，澳洲東部的30至50種尤加利樹，為澳洲的代表樹種，也是無尾熊的主要食物，看到尤加利就很自然地想到無尾熊抱吃的畫面。

尤加利樹本身帶有的揮發性芳香油是許多蚊蟲不喜歡的味道，是含氧率很高的一種精油，對於淨化空氣，清潔呼吸系統都有十分顯著的效果。

▎成分解析

｜主要成分：氧化物

澳洲尤加利含有高比例氧化物(1,8-桉油醇)，同時還含有單萜醇、單萜烯、單萜酮等其他分子結構，所產生的協同作用具有一定醫療價值，如：α-蒎烯，檸檬烯，α-萜品醇，順式胡椒醇，牻牛兒醇等。

｜成分1：1.8-桉油醇 (1,8 cineole)

尤加利具有高含量的1,8-桉樹腦，商業上可用於製藥和化妝品工業中的精油生產。且被廣泛種植用於紙漿，膠合板和實木的生產，其葉子芳香油具有令人震驚的廣泛生物活性。

▸ 在研究中發現1.8-桉油醇，具有抗炎活性，因此在上呼吸道和下呼吸道疾病中可用作黏液溶解劑。

｜成分2：右旋萜品烯-4-醇(Terpinen-4-ol)

要特別注意放置太久的萜品烯-4-醇會氧化成香荊芥酚，具皮膚刺激性。

▎精油簡介

綠花白千層（Niaouli）也稱為五脈白千層（Melaleuca quinquenervia），原產於印尼以及新喀裡多尼亞（法國領地）。綠花白千層精油是一種無色的液體，強烈而芬芳的樟腦香氣，和尤加利的味道差不多，比起尤加利，法國人更喜歡用綠花白千層。

綠花白千層在澳洲大量生長，和茶樹都是桃金孃科白千層屬，環境好的話可以長到20-30cm的常綠喬木，葉片長度約7cm左右，樹皮為粉紅色，綠花白千層有許多不同CT類型，因此精油成分有可能相當不同，有分尤加利油醇和橙花叔醇等化學型態。 本質溫和、不刺激 ，是天然的空氣清淨機。

▎成分解析

典型的綠花白千層，其成分包括有1.8-桉油醇(1,8 cineole)，綠花白千層醇(Viridiflorol)，橙花叔醇(Nerolidol)，以及左旋沉香醇((R)(- )-Linalool)。另有α-蒎烯，檸檬烯，對繖花烴等微量成分。
